Operational coordination messages such as: manifest and lot prep updates, photography schedules, pickup-window changes, payment/settlement coordination, and warehouse logistics. Example: “Kilford Auctions (Donna): Lot close for the 6/24 auction is 10 AM CT Friday. All staffed pickups confirmed?”
